ROLL COMPRESSING MACHINE for heating elements

To increase density of MgO inside heater tube, it's effective process to reduce tube diameter with our Roll  compressing machine for heating elements, and we built it with premium quality: integrated with iron casted-in-one piece machine body,  strong rigidity which insure sturdy mechanical structure, fixed roller's positon and keep the tube straight in-line, stable, smooth during processing. 

Motor driving option for fixed speed or variable speed;

Roller tooling could be customized for round, square, or flat shape product.

Jam is detectable and stop automatically.

Number of roller tooling stantion: 12~20 stations customized

Minimum length process: 120mm.

Process speed: 17.5 meters / min(or customized).
