The heating principle of the electric heating tube is to connect the power supply to the terminal posts. Then, the electricity is conducted to the resistance wire through the terminal posts (the two ends of the resistance wire are wound around the two terminal posts inside the tube). When the resistance wire is energized, it generates heat, and this heat is then conducted to the surface of the electric heating tube through the magnesium oxide powder with excellent thermal conductivity. As a result, the surface of the electric heating tube will generate heat. Finally, the heat is transferred to the object or liquid to be heated, thus achieving the purpose of heating.


It should be noted that the surface of the electric heating tube is not charged. This is because there is a layer of magnesium oxide powder with both good insulation and thermal conductivity filled between the resistance wire and the outer shell of the electric heating tube. In this way, whether the electric heating tube is used to heat water or a metal module, there will be no risk of electric shock.
