Electric heating tubes, also called flange tubes and U-shaped tubes, are common heating elements with a maximum temperature of 800°C. It consists of stainless steel casing, magnesium oxide powder, magnesium oxide powder cord(rod), electric heating wire, rubber head. According to different heating needs, you can choose ordinary magnesium oxide powder (moisture absorption, high temperature resistance) or modified magnesium oxide powder (high insulation, Not resistant to high temperatures). The shell materials of electric heating tubes generally include: iron SS201, SS304, SS316, incoloy800, copper, titanium alloy, Teflon, etc.

The process flow of the heating tube is: winding the electric heating wire - putting on leading pin to resistance - plug to pin assembly - fill magnesium oxide powder by filling machine- shrinking the tube to increase desity of MgO powder inside - detecting resistance -cutting pin and trimming end of tube or stretching tube for same length- tube annealing -bend for target shape- tube polishing - pressure measurement - welding fasteners, etc.

If you need to customize the electric heating tube, you need to confirm the following parameters: voltage, power, diameter, length, material, lead material and length, and usage environment.
